Saul opened the restaurant over 13 years ago with his wife Lisa. He has been leading the staff the entire way and with their help has continued to maintain the restaurant's Michelin Star.
Lupe is the man behind the succulent sweets that come out of the SAUL kitchen. If you haven't enjoyed one our desserts, you've definitely enjoyed one of Lupe's caramels when you receive your bill.
